I had an amazing experience at this salon. It was my first time dying my hair and I was very nervous. Raman was amazing and so helpful in guiding me through the process. She was also very patient with me and she helped me pick out the colours that would go well with my hair. She did amazing cut for my hair as well.

I got my balayage done at Ombré Salon and absolutely loved the results! Raman was so welcoming and professional, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions based on her expertise. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for beautiful hair colour and excellent service!

This was my first experience at the salon, and it was amazing! Kajal gave me a pretty haircut, along with a relaxing head wash and massage that left me feeling so refreshed. She was very kind and professional, and even gave me great advice on how to take care of my hair. I really appreciated her attention to detail and friendly nature. BE AWARE!!!!
Edit : Someone called from the salon. Person who called was more focused on getting review deleted than fixing the issue. She did offer to fix but not worth it. Can’t trust them again with haircut.
Don’t fall for reviews because i did and you can see the results below.
Picture says it all. I wish there was zero star. Worst customer service.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at Ombré Salon. I went in for a simple transformation from my long, beautiful hair to a long bob, expecting a fresh and stylish new look. What I walked out with, however, was nothing short of a disaster.

To start, the stylist seemed rushed and inattentive, which immediately made me nervous. Despite explaining in detail what I wanted, they completely ignored my requests and chopped my hair unevenly. The cut is so poorly done that I can't even leave my hair open without feeling self-conscious. The ends are jagged, and there is no symmetry or style to the cut—it's just a mess.

I trusted this salon with my hair, which took years to grow out, and now I feel like I've lost a big part of myself. The stylist clearly lacked the skills necessary to perform such a basic haircut. I left the salon feeling devastated and in tears, and I am now faced with the difficult decision of either cutting it even shorter to fix the unevenness or enduring months of bad hair days as it grows out.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others who are considering visiting this salon. The quality of service I received was unacceptable, and I will never return to this place. I would strongly advise anyone else to think twice before trusting this salon with your hair.
